现诚聘一位成熟稳健、具长期战略思维的市场总监。

职位定位

本职位专注于：

• 构建合规、以教育为核心的华语投资者营销体系

• 拓展会计师，律师，贷款经纪，地产经纪等等及专业推荐网络

• 支持长期稳健的管理资产规模增长

核心职责

• 负责公司另类投资产品销售的渠道拓展与维护，建立并深化与各类潜在合作伙伴

  （如房地产公司、留学机构、财富管理公司、保险公司、各高端俱乐部、高校留学生群体等）的合作关系；

• 制定并执行渠道发展战略和拓展计划，达成业务合作目标；组织渠道培训，提升其推广能力；

• 收集市场和行业动态，及时反馈客户与渠道需求，协助优化服务和产品；

• 积极配合公司的市场需求，制定可行多样的渠道拓展计划，包括线下活动的举办以及渠道合作等。

• 策划、组织和执行各类线下活动，如宣传会、学校展等宣传活动，以提高公司知名度和市场影响力

• 建立华语投资者内容体系（通讯、讲座、教育材料）

• 拓展华人 CPA、律师，贷款经纪、地产经纪合作网络

• 管理潜在客户筛选与跟踪

• 与管理层共同制定长期发展战略

岗位要求

• 本科及以上学历，市场营销、商务管理等相关专业背景，有服务高净值客户的行业经验优先考虑；

• 有 5 年及以上线下市场拓展相关经验，之前做过高净值客户相关行业，具有丰富的线下活动组织和推广经验者优先；

• 了解加拿大另类投资产品及销售合规要求；

• 具备高度的市场敏锐感，愿意积极开拓不同渠道的合作，维护渠道关系，有本地资源的优先考虑 ；

• 具有较强的市场洞察力和市场敏锐度，能够精准的抓住市场趋势和热点。

任职要求

• 普通话流利（口语及书面）

• 熟悉 BC 华语商业及专业圈层

• 具金融或地产相关经验优先

• 有责任感，理解合规要求

As we scale toward the next phase of institutional growth, we are formalizing our Chinese investor strategy in BC.

We are seeking a senior-level marketing professional to architect and lead this channel.

Role Overview

This is a strategic marketing senior role focused on:

• Building a compliant, education-first investor pipeline

• Developing professional referral networks

• Supporting disciplined AUM growth

• Strengthening capital retention

This is not a sales role. It is not a social media growth role. It is a capital development role.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Channel Development

• Architect the BC Chinese investor channel roadmap

• Develop accountant and professional referral networks

• Design partner engagement strategy

• Host small group of education seminar to attract Hight Net Worth Individuals

• Screen and foster prospects relationship

• Work with the Senior Management Team to set up marketing strategies

Education & Content Governance

• Build a Mandarin-first investor education framework

• Ensure regulatory-aligned messaging

• Oversee webinar programming

Pipeline & Metrics

• Establish qualified lead standards

• Track conversion metrics

Requirements:

• Fluent Mandarin speaking

• Proficient Chinese communication in writing

• Advanced knowledge about BC Chinese communities

• Strong Financial and real estate related experience

• Being accountable, responsible and deep knowledge of compliance requirement.
